2013 Eastern 31 Casco Bay Flybridge

As you enter the brightly lit pilothouse your greeted with a generous headspace, teak and holly floors and great visibility. To port there is a dining space with an adjustable table that converts to one long bench seat or sleeping quarters. As you enter the pilothouse to starboard is a waist heigh counter with a stainless steel sink, two burner propane Princess stove, mini fridge, several drawers as well as a cabinet for storage. 

The helm and first mate seats are nicely appointed with a bench seat and foot rest. With storage below both seats. The lower helm is equipped with a 12" Garmin GPS/Chartplotter, autopilot compass, Icom VHF, bow thruster, anchor windlass control as well as the AC & DC breaker. 

Continuing forward and down a set of steps to starboard is the spacious head with electric toilet, removable sink/shower head, opening port, solar vent, vanity and varnished teak grate. Opposite the head is a chart table with sliding storage below and above. 

The spacious vberth forward has a filler piece to make the sleeping space quite large, storage space below, LED reading lights and an overhead hatch. 

The lower cockpit has a bench seat with removable cushions, a pair of rod holders, a large in floor hatch, EPIRB and cockpit shower. Walking forward there are teak hand holds and sturdy bow rail. 

Varnished teak steps bring you to the flybridge where you are greeted with a 360* view of the sea and surroundings. The upper helm is equipped with the same full electronics as the pilothouse helm (Garmin 12" Chartplotter/GPS, Compass, VHF). Behind the helm there is a bench seat cooler with backrest.
